Vintage 1930s T.G. Green 'Blue Domino' 4-Slice Ceramic Toast Rack
Add a splash of vibrant Art Deco charm to your breakfast table with this beautifully compact, vintage ceramic toast rack. Produced in the 1930s by the renowned English pottery T.G. Green & Co., this piece features their highly collectible 'Blue Domino' pattern a striking, deep mid blue glaze accented with hand painted white domino dots on the scrollwork ends.
Measuring a compact 13.5cm in length, this 5 bar design creates exactly four slots, making it a wonderful addition to a traditional British kitchenware collection or a curated retro breakfast service.
Product Features:
Classic 4-Slice Design: A traditional five bar arch configuration creating four dedicated slots for toast, crispbreads, or morning letters.
Striking Glaze: Finished in T.G. Green’s iconic vibrant blue with signature hand painted white dot detailing.
Unmarked Base: As was common for tabletop accessories in the Domino line, the base is unmarked, featuring the classic raw, unglazed cream stoneware rim from mid-century production.
Condition:
This item is in very good vintage condition and displays beautifully. True to its age and authentic history, there is some minor, honest glaze rub/thinning on the tips of the bars where the lighter clay underneath subtly peeks through. This is classic shelf wear from decades of careful use, leaving the ceramic completely smooth and entirely free of sharp chips, cracks, or structural damage.
