About Me

I started West and Co Interiors out of an intense passion for antiques and home design. I have lived in Bournemouth, UK for over 28 years.

My passion for antiques and vintage homewares started at a young age. When I was 12 years old, my Mum dragged me along to our neighbour's scrapyard, much to my dismay. But when we walked in, my eyes lit up, and that's when I really learned that one person's trash could be another person's treasure.

Growing up, I loved going to car boot sales with my parents, as well as many antique and vintage collectable fairs. I enjoyed looking at all the different items, my imagination wandering, thinking of the history and all the other stories they could hold.

West and Co Interiors was created to share my adoration for vintage homewares and to keep my parent's name alive; they always had a love for antiques and collectables, and they instilled that same love in me, so it felt right to be able to honour them in this way.

After losing my parents so close together in 2019 and then entering lockdown, West and Co has become an excellent outlet for my creativity and a positive distraction throughout some difficult times. So now, I just want to share these beautiful pieces with other people.
