Shipping prices are added at checkout.

Due to recent postage increases, we have upgraded our delivery services to include Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 options for all shipments of large, medium, and small items.

These services offer peace of mind with full tracking and enhanced compensation coverage, ensuring your package is protected every step of the way.

If you would like to combine postage, please DM before adding to basket to confirm the adjusted postage price.

Postage is calculated per item.

SHIPPING TIMES AND CHARGES

We aim to process and prepare all orders for dispatch within 1–3 working days.

UK SHIPPING

All items within the UK are sent via Royal Mail.

We retain proof of postage for every item sent and provide tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We now ship to selected EU countries, the United States, and Canada.

All international orders are sent via Yodel, with full tracking provided.

Please note:

• Additional delivery charges may apply depending on your location.

• Delivery times may be longer than standard UK shipping, as all orders are dispatched from the UK.

• International orders may be held at customs in the destination country. This is beyond our control and does not indicate that the item is lost. Customs processing times vary by country and can delay delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS – IMPORTANT

All parcels are sent with tracked services and include compensation coverage.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, the recipient is responsible for filing the insurance claim with their local delivery office or courier service. We will provide all necessary tracking and postage documentation to support your claim.

PREPARING YOUR ORDER FOR SHIPPING

We use as much recycled and biodegradable materials as possible when packing your items for delivery. We use eco friendly packing tape and all of our boxes are from recycled sources. We occasionally use packing peanuts which are biodegradable and can be put in your compost bin. The bubble wrap we use is not biodegradable but is recycled from supermarkets and other recyclable sources.
