Refund Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from West and Co Interiors. If, however, you decide to return an item, a refund will be given within 14 days. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us ASAP. 

Please ensure that the item is packaged securely, as refunds will not be given if damaged or broken on return postage.

Customers are required to arrange and pay for the return items. Return delivery charges are non -refundable.

If an item is damaged or lost, it is your responsibility to purse any claims with the carrier.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations or exchanges.

Refunds will take 5 to 10 days to process.

Due to the nature of our business, the items we sell show signs of age and imperfections, which only adds to the unique character and beauty of each piece.

All measurements quoted are approximate.
